Just a quick note as I leave Liyun’s house. She was so lovely she gave me cough sweets, probably because I was irritating her and then this morning I had fresh cranberries from her garden with my breakfast.
All of the fruit except the red apples are from her garden and she also had cucumbers and figs, the latter lasted a bite and were gone.
I watched her tending her garden, tiny graceful almost dancing as she lifted things. I wonder if it was a life style of Tai Chi.
She gave me a hug as I left, I was not expecting that and it gave me such a lift.
