Well it’s been quite a trip and fairly intense due to the places we have visited and the heat. The last couple of days we just bimbled and shopped. I hate shopping generally but I do have a thing about Outdoor Clothing and Equipment shops and I think I’ve infected Lee with this, and there seems to be quite a few here! Also they usually have air conditioning!
On my birthday we visited the Botanical Garden but, it was really too hot! I would like to come back to visit that again.

Also on my birthday, I went dancing!! Whoop whoop!
I had found Jive Berlin https://www.jive.berlin/ and joined for two classes. Lee decided this was not for him but he watched for a while then Tatjiana who had come for the beginner class, took him to find a restaurant. What? Eating when there is dancing to do? Not for me!
It was great fun, the class friendly and a much younger age group than in the UK. I was easily the oldest there. Because it was my birthday I was singled out for a special dance with every lead in the room, it was amazing and exhausting. I was a bit rusty having not danced for a while…..well not after that! I loved it! Also not a twinge from my knee! Yay!
I’ll be back here soon when Tatjiana and I are sorting out our Asia trip that’s coming up next year so I’ll make sure I can make that class!
Anyway that’s it! Unless something happens between now and the Airport.
Tschüss!
safe Journey home and 🤞you get an earlier flight…so glad you enjoyed the whole of your dance session on your birthday and obviously Lee & Tatiana supported you for a while but food was more important 😂😂😂
